Our goal at Habitat is to provide a safe, affordable place for everyone to live. That is where our Homeowner Program comes in! This program provides a way for a Habitat homeowner to purchase a Habitat home at a 0% interest rate.
See our basic qualifications for the Homeonwner Program and the Dougherty/Lee County 2022 HUD guidelines based on home size below.
If you are interested in applying for our Homeownership Program and meet the HUD guidelines below based on your family size, complete our interest form and a Habitat staff member will be in contact to go over the next steps.
